As a passionate mental health occupational therapist, I believe in seeing the whole person—beyond the challenges they face—by honouring their unique story and values. Drawing from a blend of evidence-based practices, including a variety of models but Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and Solution-Focussed Therapy being firm favourites, I offer a client-centred approach tailored to each individual’s needs. I take pride in helping clients navigate the complexities of mental health with practical tools and emotional resilience, while fostering an environment where they can reconnect with their strengths and aspirations.
In my work, I emphasise a holistic approach, acknowledging the mind-body connection and the importance of nurturing both. I hold space for what my client’s value most, empowering them to achieve balance, purpose, and meaningful change.
