Jennifer is not currently accepting new referrals
Senior Clinical Psychologist and Practice Owner, Jennifer started Fleming Psychology in 2015 with a desire to bring psychological therapy to those who typically couldn't access it. She commenced in Girrawheen as an exclusively bulkbilling practitioner, inspired by the growth and change she saw in the wonderful humans who entered her rooms. As she became busier, she took on psychologists to join her and before she knew it, Fleming Psychology was a thriving practice.
Sadly, with Medicare rebates remaining at less than 50% of the recommended Australian Psychology Society consultation fee of $320, she is unable to offer bulkbilling and still meet business costs (think admin, rent, electricity, water, insurance, internet, workers compensation, registrations, CPD training, superannuation, GST....). However, Jennifer remains passionate about excellence in psychological therapy and keeping therapy accessible.
Jennifer works with all mental health presentations and all age groups. She has a special interest in complex trauma and dissociative disorders, and offers clinical supervision to psychologists seeking to upskill in this area.

Yes, we do accept various insurance plans. We accept NDIS plan and self-managed clients, and offer services under the Insurance Commission of WA and CommCare with approved claims or therapy in place. Please contact our office to confirm if your insurance provider is accepted.
During your first session, your psychologist will get to know you and what has brought you to therapy. We do this in a relaxed, conversational style manner, asking questions about your situation, your background, what you have tried and what you are stuck with. The first session often feels the most anxiety provoking but most of our clients report feeling relieved and accomplished by having attended and have an idea of what therapy will look like for them moving forwards.
Yes, at Fleming Psychology, we utilise evidence-based treatment methods to ensure that our therapies are effective and grounded in scientific research. Whilst we recognise holistic and non-scientific practices can offer individuals relief from their symptoms, at Fleming Psychology we only provide therapy that is evidence-based.
Yes, we offer remote therapy sessions via secure video conferencing to ensure you can receive support from the comfort of your home.
